To maintain uniform quality and standards for all theses, the INFLIBNET Centre has developed submission standards and formats based on international best practices. These standards ensure consistency in the formatting and presentation of every thesis submitted to the repository.

Scholars must send all required documents in pdf to:

Required documents includes: Full Thesis, Plagiarism Report and splitted thesis files.

An example of split files along with chapter wise naming is given below:

Kindly note that each file name should begin with a serial number like 01_title.pdf, 02_prelim pages.pdf, 80_recommendation, 90_plagiarism_report, etc.

*Plagiarism report is compulsory for submission.

*(Note: Add more files as per requirement, follow the Thesis files/chapters order.)*
*prelim page means (title+declaration+dedication+certificate+acknowledgment+list of table+graphs files)
*annexure means (bibliography+references+questionnaire+maps+publications, etc)
*recommendation means (title page+conclusion or your thesis last chapter)
